Terms and Conditions of 45xpix: Clear Rules for Playing Safely

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on 45xpix, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the specific rules for each product — Sports Betting, casino, slots, and jackpots. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the user — and 45xpix. Each individual may hold only one account on 45xpix. Duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice, and any balance held in them may be suspended pending investigation. During registration, you provide your full name as it appears on your CPF, date of birth, an active email address, a Brazilian mobile number, and create a password. • Cancelled, refunded, or voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

• Threatening, harassing, or insulting support team members or other users.

45xpix continuously monitors betting behavior. Unusual patterns may trigger manual reviews. Users whose accounts are placed under review will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before any final decision is made, except in cases where there is clear evidence of fraud.

45xpix is committed to fostering a healthy and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides tools that allow users to manage their gambling behavior easily and directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once activated, the limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a seven-day cooling-off period.
